Bought this for my mom but it’s hardly used in Indian houses.

I ordered it for my mother on 26th May. But it was opened only today. There was no extension pole in the package and unfortunately the return date was on last week.

De qualquer forma estarei devolvendo imediatamente! Em anexo "tudo" o que recebi e a respectiva "embalagem". Nada coerente com uma vassoura de R$ 199,00.

I'm in a wheelchair so this is perfect. I never swept my floor with such ease. Even one of my roommates who is not disabled finds it easier on his back when he sweeps. Good quality broom head with just as good quality dustpan. The stick on the dustpan allows you to push down on it so it's flat to the floor and nothing is left behind when you lift up the dustpan. Strongly recommend buying

Bought this for my workshop to pick up sawdust, but it never made it there. We tried it in the main part of the house and it was so good at picking up dust that we kept it there. So recently I had to work with some window trim PVC and did some sanding, which creates a fine powder like flour. Reaching for the crappy broom I had in the shop, I immediately got annoyed that the broom and pan I'd bought SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS CLEANUP was already reserved for use elsewhere. So I got another for the shop. It picked up this flour-like dust in ONE SWEEP. None of the usual sweep, backoff, sweep, backoff. ONE SWEEP, and DONE. Interestingly enough, the PVC powder became a film inside the pan, that would not dump out when tilted. (Probably a static charge.). But it swept right out with a paper towel. I've used this for saw dust, and it works perfectly. In the garage for dust and dirt and such, perfect. This is how these things are SUPPOSED to work! Love this product. Easy to assemble, perfectly sturdy enough, and just the right height on both the broom (longer handle, 3 pieces) and dust bin (2 handle pieces). And the household set works AWESOME for pet hair.. the little teeth on the bin pull the hair right off the brush too. The ONLY complaint, and given its effectiveness I can live with it, is dumping the bin after. It stays locked in the 90-degree position and can be a little awkward dumping. I THINK the correct procedure is to unlatch it and dump it... but I'd rather keep that together and sturdy. This is only a MINOR issue, and easy to workaround, and given the effectiveness of cleanup, I do not feel this detracts from the product.
