Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Mobile Phone; Sim Free Smartphone 128GB - Cosmic Grey, (UK Version)

(Photo taken from my S9 - my S20 Ultra charging on my Anker fast charger). Data transfer from my S9 to S20 Ultra works seamlessly over wifi! What an amazing phone, I held back my review after 1 week just to make sure all was good here's the good & bad. I've seen a lot of negatives about the S20 ultra but for me as a tech guy it's amazing, nothing else compares. 1) Seems genuine and not a refurbished phone, no damage or scratches. My only question is why the screen protector? Are Samsung doing this from factory now? If not, then these phones are refurb but to a very high AAA standard. 2) 120hz motion smoothness is so buttery smooth, you'll never want to go back after trying it. 3) I've updated the s/w to Android 11, One UI 3.1 and notice no blurriness from the camera, in fact it's awesome. 4) Battery works great, and fast charging no issues and the phone doesn't get that hot to be honest. 5) Finger scanner works perfect! I'm not sure why others have issues, but what I learnt on my S9 is that if you've cut your finger or have damaged skin then the finger scanner struggles to read the finger. Maybe that's the problem with others, but for me no issues at all. 6) It is a big heavy phone, but when amazon offered me the pay monthly over 6 months with no interest then it was a no brainer for me. The screen quality makes up for this and I'm sure I'll get used to it. 7) Not tested 5G yet, but will update when I have. 8) Tested with Dex -> Logi MX Keys & bluetooth mouse -> LG monitor and works a dream as you'd expect. All in all, an amazing phone especially if you can get it on the pay monthly deal with Amazon. I notice the price has dropped since I purchased (£799), so at £749 it's a really good buy now. You won't regret it, go with your gut.

The camera phone is excellent at 108 MP and the resolution is exceptional. The phone is rapid and has been updated to Android 11 after I applied the updates. Flawless operation and a pleasure to behold. Much larger screen than my last phone and better screen resolution too. 120hz is something special. This phone cost 715 quid paid across 5 months with no interest on the purchase. It remains my most expensive phone (My old phone cost 600 quid). The different is amazing and the camera is identical to s21 ultra after Android 11 is installed. I can't rate this phone high enough. There is little point in getting the s21 over the s20 at the current price ranges. I will strongly consider buying a year back for a future release if the specs are similar in the future. The cosmic grey looks awesome and I'm pleased I chose grey over black after I saw the phone in person. Overall worth 10 stars but I can only give 5 stars.

I bought this phone because it's powerful and it got the best reviews I had read so far, and because it's Samsung and I have a different brand phone but in time I got to miss the Samsung feel, although that phone, Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC rivals in everything but screen quality with this phone. When I opened the box and I started to use this phone everything seemed flawed and I wanted to return it, but after installing updates and Android 11 everything is perfect and I love it so much, I love the screen, camera quality, sound, its so fast and friendly to use, I am in between if I will return it or not, the only reason why I would return it being battery life is poor and the phone is getting hot with small tasks as using the camera or even as I am writing this review😞 which is making me wonder about long term endurance- if its really worth it the money, but it's one of the best phones on market at this price range and it's really friendly to use as I said. I would chose this phone because I know I can rely on the software, it will not crush or give me errors as much as other phones that I thought about buying, this is the only one that I haven't seen complaints about the software, and as a previous Samsung user and other brands user I can say that Samsung has never let me down, all other brands I used(except HTC many years ago and IPhone that I don't really resonate with) had some quirks that made me give up using them and chose Samsung. All these new phones seem pretty similar to me in specs and prices, the new flagships from other brands have high prices as well, but even the cheapest Chinese handsets use Snapdragon chipset, unlike Samsung, that even for it's most expensive and high end and highest priced devices is using Exynox, which I must say, it's rubbish, no good battery life and getting hot really easily, which is very very sad and makes no justice to what this phone can do. Still I would chose Samsung for the reasons I stated above, it is not worth it to compromise on software reliability. It's got 5 stars quality software and hardware, except for the chipset, it's a wonderful phone. ** Update ** After 3 weeks of using this phone I have decided to keep it. No more heating problems, it's raising to the expectations of its price range, only disappointment is the battery life, you may need to carry a power bank with you as the battery will drain out in a few hours, probably because of the weak cpu, the auto focus sometimes needs a little motion adjustment, but it's not that bad and the phone is taking outstanding shots. I still recommend this phone if you want to own a little pocket computer and enjoy top quality smartphone.

I have received, it is definitely one of the best phones that I have bought. I have upgraded from s9plus, so I was fairly familiar with the system. Its a great design, its fast, great for gaming, also due to my job being surrounded by computer work, I tend to use the S20 Ultra when I am outside work to update some files, or even connect it to a external screen and use Samsug Dex, which is a fast system, and its just great as you can have a desktop experience with just the phone. Using this phone could easily replace a camera, it has some fantastic quality for both photography and video recording. With this phone you can take some stunning pictures, and also edit them to your preference. Overall I found this phone to be fantastic and more practical than I thought, specially with the stunning screen that it has, having the 120hz fresh rate is an addition I didnt know I needed until I had it.

I had to go for the S20 Ultra for £749 best price anywhere and brand-new and direct from Amazon not a 3rd party seller . I tried the S21 Ultra but overheated all the time and I mean so hot warning messages came up to turn off phone it was so hot (unusable) so sent back the S21 ultra to samsung for full refund then saw the S20 ultra for £749 on amazon this S20 Ultra is fantastic no problems no overheating and camera is working fine no auto focus problem good battery life it is a fantastic phone ... its £699.99 now which is a steal..comes sealed new with charger and earphones in box Lots of updates out of the box which has sorted the auto focus problem . on mine auto focus works perfectly also updates to android 11 3.1 same as the S21 Ultra so all good there. There is also a micro SD card slot on the S20 ultra for more storage which the S21 ultra has not got . I've tried both S21 Ultra and S20 ultra and I prefer the S20 ultra

The entire reason for buying a new phone was because after years of extensive, constant use while working my battery was shot and would drain very quickly. Now retired, I cannot afford nor have a need for newest tech other than a decent camera. So after a bit of searching I chose this Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5g. The phone arrived and at first glance seemed to be what I had ordered, a NEW (not renewed or refurbished), manufacturer sealed box. It didn't take long to set the phone up, copying everything from my old phone using Samsung's software. Happy with my new phone I sat down to watch a movie on the TV with the missus. The film wasn't that exciting but to make matters worse I had noticed that my new phone had lost a significant amount of charge while doing absolutely nothing. The battery on this supposedly new phone was much worse than my old one :-( I tested it more over a couple of days but this phone would not hold it's charge. It was returned!

"Hola, equipo APS-Systems", Hace una semana que compré este Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. Llegó en un tiempo récord, perfectamente empaquetado, con todos y cada uno de sus accesorios originales dentro de la caja (cargador, auriculares, instrucciones, etc). Y todo nuevo, original y sin estrenar. El móvil funciona perfectamente y su cargador (de carga ultrarápida -pues el móvil se carga por completo en apenas media hora-) funciona de maravilla. Viene con unos auriculares de muy buena calidad, que incorpora un pequeño mando para regular el volumen y múltiples funciones para poder disfrutar de la música como uno quiera. El sonido es impresionante. Por otra parte, el servicio de atención al cliente de esta empresa ha sido maravilloso, solventando todas mis dudas al momento, con mucha diligencia y profesionalidad. Una empresa muy fiable. Recomiendo este pedazo de móvil al 100%. Muy contento con mi compra.

Bonjour, Ayant lu beaucoup de messages de personnes mécontentes, je tiens à rassurer les futurs acheteurs éventuels. En effet, il y a toujours ces problème d'origine géographiques qui fait peur mais il n'en est rien sur ce téléphone (S20 ultra). C'est bien un SM-G988BZKDEUB (SM-G998B) qui correspond effectivement à la France, Belgique, Allemagne. (ou alors, peut-être que certains acheteurs ont mal choisis le modèle ou n'ont pas eu de chance ?) Quant au mien, il est arrivé totalement neuf dans une boîte scellée avec prise française, écouteurs et même avec une housse en silicone comprise dans la boîte Après mises à jour, il est en Android 13 - One UI 5.1 Quant à l'autonomie, je ne sais rien en dire pour l'instant car je viens de le recevoir ! (le lendemain de ma commande avec le Prime. En espérérant que ça puisse vous rassurer et vous faire économiser du temps autant que j'en ai passé à me décider ! ;-)

Casi perfecto, detalle 1; si usas mucho tiempo samsung DEX o smartview con su tele si se calienta bastante... lo corrigieron un poco con una actualización este año pero iguals e sigue calentando mucho y practicamente no carga si usas DEX y lo tienes conectado, carga muy lento creo que chupa mucha pila., detalle 2; el cargador que viene en la caja no es para américa, viene con su adaptador pero no se conecta bien a NINGUN ENCHUFE, queda flojo y vas a tener falso contacto, yo tuve que comprar otro cargador de 25w generico pq en la pagina de samsung no encontré. Fuera de eso el celular esta perfecto, pantalla grande y bonita, colores saturados y nítidos, la camara pa que les cuento con hdr, sonido muy fuerte con dolvy atmos estereo, blah blah blah muy buen cel👍

Do not buy this product, for the same reasons if not more as the other 1 star ratings ! Not new def rebranded, switched off multiple times a day, then switched off completely so many other issues just don't buy .
