This PS100 took the place of a much more expensive brand (like $70 a bottle now?!) and worked just as well. It helps me with good deep sleep and brain cognition. I try to get my kids to take it when they don't sleep well, but for some reason it actually seems to keep them up? For them I recommend taking it in the AM, while for myself I take it around 9pm, it helps me get deep sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. My mom has dementia at 83 and I'm hoping to avoid that at all costs!

My Rheumatologist recommended this product, Phosphatidyl Serine, for three reasons: for memory improvement and for calming me down during the day, and for helping me to sleep at night. I decided to take 3 a day, 1 with each meal. This is not a recommendation to anyone else; just a personal choice. I ordered 90 capsules, so this first month supply, for me, has given me plenty of time to notice the benefits of this Product. It has helped in all 3 areas, and I am ready to re-order. I have told 3 people about this particular brand by Natural Bioscience, 100 mg., Soy Free. It is the only brand I have tried, and I will stick with it because I got results! I take lots of meds for various conditions, but my doctor said this was naturally occurring already in my body, I could not overdose, and that I could not have a reaction or drug interaction to this product. The gel cap is a little larger than I would choose, but I do not want to reduce my mg. to get a smaller gelcap. This past 30 days, I have had far less embarrassing " Senior Memory Loss Moments", and I feel calmer during the day. I still have occasional sleepless nights, but usually happens when I eat a very late supper. My fit-bit says this has been my best month of sleep since January 2016. I know it is correct, because I have had more energy and haven't been as grumpy this month. My Dr. told me to give this product a try to help me stay asleep all night. I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back to sleep. So I decided to give this a try, and I loved them! I have them on auto ship, so I don’t run out!

I had very high cortisol at night preventing me from sleeping well, coupled with heart palpitations for hours upon waking. For several months I suffered debilitating brain fog, exhaustion and depression all day. I didn't feel like myself at all and had several health issues I was dealing with but I knew for sure from tests that my cortisol was double the limit 3 of the 4 readings per day and was contributing to my insomnia and symptoms significantly. I actually ordered this and the bottle sat unopened for a month because I was on so many supplements to help me sleep that just weren't working and I didn't want to add one more. After an especially frustrating couple nights of no sleep and exhaustion to the core all day and tired of just not feeling like myself, I started taking one of these at night before bed, and the next day I felt about 25% better. So I took another in the morning. By day 2, I was 50% better and up and around with a bit more energy. The combination of this at night and the Calm Now during the day has given me my life back. I will say, when I took this Phosphatidylserine during the day a few times it never once made me sleepy and I noticed feeling calmer. Thank you for making this product!!!

Dr. Amy Yasko recommends this as a basic supplement for everyone, especially those of us with methylation issues. I take it and also puncture the capsule and squeeze a couple drops of the oil into my kids' food. After buying one bottle the company sent me a second for free, asking for a review of the first. Great cust svc! Great that it's soy free. I don't notice a huge change taking it but I started a few supplements at the same time. update: I just got an amino acids test back and, after a few months taking this once/day, my levels are low. fI'm going to add SAMe to help with the transport and another one/day and will report back if a change is noticed.

After reading an article in a health magazine about Phosphatidyl Serine, I decided to give it a try. I returned to college last year to pursue a doctorate and welcomed any memory and mental acuity help I could get. That being said, I have tried numerous vitamins, supplements, etc. over the years and have come to believe in very few. This is one I truly believe is effective. I'm not saying you're going to get smarter, start cracking atoms in your kitchen nor launching celestial rovers from your backyard (unless you're already wont to do such things). However, this product did make me feel sharper and seem to improve my recall memory, by way of faster processing, almost immediately. As I mentioned I test out quite a few supplements and, when I feel like something new I am trying doesn't work, I generally do not tell anyone about it. Because I believe in this one I told my girlfriend and she started taking it. She too felt like it enhanced her memory and acuity right away; enough that she even wanted to kick in for the next supply of what she affectionately refers to as "brain pills." Finally, I am always looking for the most bang for the buck and that briefly led me to another company's version. It was still a softgel and same dosage, but not soy-free. While I don't know if that was the only issue with it, I do feel like it was less effective if not completely ineffective. So I'm back with Natural Bioscience because, in my opinion, it works and is the best buy for phosphatidyl serine on Amazon.

I don’t know what I was expecting from this but I couldn’t tell what it did. I did not experience any changes or improvements in my sleep or brain fog. I’m not denying it works for others, it just did not work for me.
