I like using this chicken fry mix when I want to make fried chicken pieces in my air fryer but I realized this fry mix has some bad ingredients in it. It has enriched wheat and enriched yellow corn meal. I really like using this mix because it is so easy to use. I just empty the contents into a ziplock bag, add the chicken, seasonings and then shake the bag. Then put the chicken into the air fryer. So easy to use.

Love this product use in for coating different food. Add seltzer and it is also good for fish and chips

I love good fried chicken! Sadly, my love for fried chicken is equal to my inability to make it. This fry mix takes the "Guess, Try, Pray" out of the process. I did like the resulting texture, but also found the flavor to be more salty than I would prefer. The salt actually overwhelmed the other flavors in the mix. I may try again or I may just move on to another mix.
