25 piece assorted grits 3/4 x 12" abrasive sanding belts. These fit the Darex Work Sharp Ken Onion edition knife sharpener that take the 3/4" wide belts. These are too wide for the older style sharpener. You get 5 each of the following: 180 grit aluminum oxide , 400 grit aluminum oxide, 600 grit aluminum oxide, 1200 grit aluminum oxide, and 2500 grit aluminum oxide. It's a very nice progression for your sharpener needs. All belts are made with premium state of the art 3M Trizact Material. These belts are as fresh as can be. Additional Information about 3M's Unique Trizact 307EA Structured Abrasive Belts As the pyramid structures wear, fresh layers of sharp material is exposed delivering consistant finishes at cooler temperatures. The secret is in the microscopic pyramids of aluminum oxide spaced through the surface of the belt material. This gives a smooth removal rate and fine surface appearance to your material. If you have an worksharp knife sharpening system ken onion edition, YOU HAVE TO HAVE THESE BELTS!!
Hi everyone, if you have a Worksharp knife sharpening system Ken Onion Edition, YOU BETTER GET THESE BELTS. These belts put an new edge on my knife so much faster and easier than the belts that came with it originally. Now I will see if this company has belts for the blade grinding attachment. The belts can go on in either direction. The sharpening is super fast. What took 6-7 passes with the old belts only took 3-4 passes with these. What took 4 ascending belts to achieve that stupid sharp edge only took 2 with these babies. They cut so well, I had to really lighten the pressure I put on the blade to the belt so as not to have a burr. Wow am I happy with these belts. Hi h one other thing, these belts don’t load up with metal. The original belts I had to use light pressure from a brass bristled brush and my air hose to keep them clean, not so with these. I know this is an investment, but it is a great one.
