The media could not be loaded. I started using these to coat my coconut marshmallows, and now I’ve added it to caramels and rice crispy bars. Fantastic flavor, great crunch, and has a beautiful coconut smell as it should.

New favorite topping for my overnight oats. Makes everything taste 👅 better !

I love toasted coconut but hate toasting it. This the perfect answer! I can easily measure out exactly the amount I need. It keeps well in the reasealable bag; after six months in my kitchen the flavor and texture were still excellent. I wouldn’t store it above my stove, but it doesn’t need refrigeration. I keep it with my other dry baking supplies. I’ll be buying it as a gift for the bakers I love.

I didn’t know you could buy already toasted coconut. It worked well in my pineapple coconut desserts. Would definitely buy again, although this is s LOT of toasted coconut!
