My husband has used this for a year and it's still holding together pretty well. My son picked this for his dad's birthday present.

Got it yesterday. Leather is very soft but tough, stitching looks good, I expect it to hold up. It is a little "bulkier" then I expected but still fits in all the pockets I wanted it too; back pocket of jeans, inside pocket of peacoat. Would definitely not fit in front pocket of jeans unless you had larger then normal jeans pockets.My motive for this purchase was that I wanted a rugged yet classy looking piece with space to put bills flat; this totally fits the bill. I don't find it more or less easy to get cards in and out compared to my previous coach small carry wallet. ID card isn't that hard to get out, I didn't have any issues anyways. However, it certainly could benefit from a thumb hole to make it as easy as possible. However, if you find yourself removing your ID card more than just occasionally this isn't going to be the most optimal solution for your needs.zipper pouch is neat, useful for a key maybe, or other small flat items that need better securing, like tickets or important receipts.Interesting area in front of the zipper pouch, presumably for a checkbook and large enough to fit an "iPhone" sized device, my Pixel XL fits fine for example though I won't carry it that way (I check my phone way too often.) That said, when i put my actual checkbook, with cover, in it, it is just slightly to big to close nicely; without the checkbook cover my checks feel a little naked in there, but fit fine and don't seem like they will fall out or anything. You could also either slide the check-book-back into a slot to cover the ID card side, or you could cover the cards on the other side by sliding the check-book-back into the large area with the checks covering the opposite side card holders. Then it makes a more traditional style checkbook cover; though you would lose easy access to those cards under it.All and all it is as expected, I will still use my small carry wallet for dressed down nights out and other purposes but this will be my daily carry now.

Leather is very nice. Plenty of spaces for cards and paper Monet as well as a zipper compartment. One of the best long wallets I have owned since the 1970’s.

Once upon a long time ago, I would not want a big wallet. In fact, I have ordered those ultra-slim wallets in the past. However, I was looking for somehing that would hold everything that I needed it to and this does it fantastically. I’ve since fallen in love with this wallet despite it being on the bulkier side of the wallet spectrum. The leather is high quality and I can tell this will last for a lifetime. The only thing that can happen is it can stain anything that isn’t plastic in your wallet such as paper or cotton. Other than that, you really just can’t get anything better than this.Update 2019: I have now had this wallet for 2 years and I can honestly say I still love this wallet. It looks even better than when I forst got it because it has a nice, worn in look to it. I have even spilled paint on it and other various things and all of it has been washed off with warm water and a little dish soap. In fact, I have gotten in the habit of every few months cleaning the outside with warm, soapy water (don't soak it, just dampen it and wipe with dry towel) and then applying mink oil on it. I recently put Minwax Paste Wax on it and am even happier with the result. Just by this little love every few months, I can still say this will last a lifetime. If anything ever happened to this wallet, I would without hesitation buy it again. I regularly get compliments on it as well.

Definitely my favorite wallet I’ve ever owned. Very comfortable fits well in my bag or pocket. Plenty of card and cash space even has a coin pocket in it. Leather is durable and aunthenic

Nice checkbook cover my husband uses for a wallet. It's more suede than leather but has several pockets for credit cards and ID'S. Would prefer leather
