Meguiar's G8408EU Perfect Clarity Glass Polishing Compound 236 ml

Last fall, I had a piece of rusty metal get kicked up from a vehicle in front of me, landing dead center on my front windshield. I had tried cleaning it off with my normal automotive glass cleaner, but it didn’t have enough power to completely remove the damage. This stuff worked perfectly at cleaning off the rest of the stubborn rust stain, making my entire line of sight from the driver’s seat uninhibited. If you have a lighter scuff (doesn’t catch on your fingernail) or stubborn stains on your windows, this stuff should do the job and get it looking nice and clear again.

I had something very similar to this. I believe it was in an orange bottle almost identical otherwise. They compound is easy to spread on glass. I let it dry and wipe it off. The old stuff wouldn't have any issues after, but this stuff seems to leave a residue, or doesn't fully get all the oils off the glass. This recommends you to use a glass cleaner afterwards, which seems a bit redundant. 8/10 because it does get most of the job done if you're not a perfectionist. Also is easier (for me) to use than spray on glass cleaner.

It didn't removed any scratches nor polished any glass surfaces. very disappointed.

Added clarity for driving, works well with polisher.

Tested on mirrors first and it worked fantastically!
