Good book, poor paper
The overall quality is good and it's a goof book to carry around, it's won't get damaged too much. Now the quality of the paper is pretty bad, doesn't compare to Clairefontaine or Oxford and the quality is even very variable from one page to the next (you'd believe an industrial product would be able to have a constant quality of paper inside the same book). Not for fountain pen users (like me) but this is the only hardback, non-perforated, wire-bound manuscript book I could find.

It's sturdy and you can write stuff.
Not much to say except that it was a lot sturdier than I was expecting which was good, also leaves a lot of room for putting in any sheets of paper without having them stick out of the side which is nice.Just pay a bit more than the other flimsy stuff, it will go a long way.

Paper absorbs ink too readily
Brought to replace previous identical notebook. While the paper weight is the same something has changed as I find that the paper absorbs the ink far too readily meaning that writing shows though on the other side of the page. Annoyingly I can now only write on one side of each page. I have my old notebook to compare against and am using the same pens.

Professional notebook
I've used ad-hoc notebooks since school, as it's far better than sticky notes or scraps of paper. These lie flat or fold over, and the pages are on heavy paper with no perforations, so the pages don't work themselves loose. They survive daily use very well. Every desk should have one.

Nice pad.
Good quality note pad and nice colour and finish. Would have given five stars but I think they are a little pricy for a blank pad.

Good solid note book
I wanted a hard wearing notebook with the spiral bind. This fitted my general requirements perfectly. Not too fancy either!
