Dishes were discolored. Had a yellow/brown film. Citric returned them back to white.

When I make fudge or the Wife makes candies the creamiest recipes come from using inverted sugar. Destabilizes the crystal bonding and keeps sugar soft. Used in Kinetico 4-tank, 2-salt and 2-peroxide system which will keep the mechanism clean and free of scale buildup.

Definitely to course for bath bombs or bath products unless you plan to spend the time to grind itAlso they keep raising the price from 44.99 to 49.99 in less then a week.

i have been using citric acid to prevent mineral buildup on dishes and on dishwasher, to de-mineralize the tea kettle and coffee makers. it's a miracle worker on dw - looks brand new. BUT....the price appears to have doubled in less than a year. I PAID $27 FOR A 10 LB BAG IN 2021. NOW IT'S $47 FOR 10 LBS AND $27 FOR A 5 LB. BAG. HOW CAN THIS PRODUCT HAVE INCREASED MORE THAN 100% IN LESS THAN A YEAR?

If you own a pool and value your money, don't EVER buy pool chemicals from a pool supply store. This product easily removes many stains from your pool liner. As with most all chemicals needed for pools, this, large bags of sodium carbonate (soda ash) to raise pH, large bags of bicarbonate (raise alkalinity), and muriatic acid replaces all those high priced 'chemicals' at the pool store... and are exactly what you need. This 'stain remover' is easy to use, several YouTube videos to lead you.

Product cleans as promised, and all it uses however the value could be better

I use citric acid to clean my tea kettle and my coffee maker, and I also add it to the pan that I keep on my stove, simmering water in dry weather. Our local water is very hard with minerals and citric acid prevents their buildup on the sides and bottom of the pans. I also have read that it is good for cleaning, though I haven't yet tried it that way.
