Just bought this machine. Will try to use it on my knee 3 times per week, but need at least 1 month to see the result. It will help drugs from ointment to go directly of inflamated area... The main part its works! It give warm feeling after few seconds at 1 and 2.5 watts/cm you will feel fine warming (its very little 2 out of 10) and give vibration on the water. Heat effect will grow very much (7+ out of 10) with exposition (with middle intensity you will feel strong heat effect if you keep it in same location more then 30 sec), its directly depends on timing. Bought to reduce knee pain (sometimes it comes, its not chronic yet) and will try apply to stretch ligaments to do the slips (if it help with stretching that means that it could be used for hypertonus issues). I think it could be used for professional medical purpose also. Main part for me its give vibrations so it will help make ligaments more soft and will help drugs to pass the skin and work localy. IMAO - realy good machine!

This ultrasound physiotherapy machine works very good and also gives relief from pain. But heating is excessive on the bottom side and looks like it is going to melt. Otherwise good, also provided a bag to carry.

Worst product not working at all. No customer care support and no return option also. Amazon selling such products its unbelievable.

Value for money

In the product specifications, electrical input specs are not given. On opening the product find input voltage as 180 - 240V/50Hz. So will not work in Europe/North America. Also, Operating manual does not give suggested Intensity levels for different areas/pains. Picture in operating manual differs from item supplied.
