These are heavy duty and better than big brand names.. I work in a restaurant and we use these on a daily so being able to buy this for a fraction of the cost is a big win.. haven’t had any problems.. it just works so well and dice tomatoes and onions with ease.

At first when we got this I tried to do a line. It broke the pin off that holds the line on the first use.I had a 2nd blade that we bought. This time I cut the 2 ends off right where the stem of the lime was. It slices now with zero effort and perfect sices.

I use this at a bar and it reduced the time required to cut a nights worth of limes and lemons from almost an hour to about 10 minutes. It would be nice if the legs were a bit taller and wider to fit a bigger container underneath. The blades are SUPER sharp and will cut you if you touch them at all so you DEFINITELY need cut resistant gloves. The only real frustration is cleaning it. They provide a brush but I think it’s a little too soft so it very difficult to get the pieces of fruit that get stuck in the middle off, also have to be careful when cleaning because of the blades. Overall I’m very happy with this and would probably buy it again.

Bought 1/4 inch dice - lasted less than 2 months. Teeth broke on push block, blades dull. Pay the extra and buy a better quality item

I wish it came with a smaller chopping grid so I can make skinnier fries. I guess I’ll have to buy it separately. This thing is annoying to clean and I’ve cut myself on multiple occasions removing the grid from the assembly so be careful it’s sharp. But it feels really good to be able to turn 8 potatoes into fries in like a minuteEdit: Been I believe about 10 months since my purchase. I use this primarily for cutting potatoes and sometimes sweet potatoes. In order to cut sweet potatoes, I put the cutter on the ground so that I could get good shoulder leverage and it’s helped well. I haven’t been very consistent about cleaning up after every use and at one stretch went about a cleaning per month! The blade has thus dulled significantly, but I bought a wire brush and it helped a fair amount in restoring some sharpness. I recommend cleaning the cutter consistently as well as buying a little wire brush for if it dulls. This product is one of the best purchases I’ve ever had. It’s more than paid for itself when you consider how cheap potatoes and sweet potatoes are. And when you consider how low calorie and high satiety this vegetable is, I’ve got to give it credit for my relatively substantial weight loss this year.

Previously, I had bought a Vegamatic for cutting onions. It was made of plastic and broke after a few uses. So this time, I searched “professional” vegetable chopper. I am very pleased with the device. My wife has me dice all her veggies now! Onions, carrots, celery, radish pods, mushrooms! But don’t cut tofu with it! The mushy cake gets stuck in the grated and is difficult to remove! Easily my best kitchen appliance purchase! Using it every day!!

It is so easy to prepare my vegetables now. This cutting machine is fantastic.

Look sturdy but after use of a few months, the handle is broke.
