Excellent.Highly recommended.I have waited a few (3+)months before reviewing to make sure all was well.I can say that from the very second I pressed the button to place the order for this table and chair set, the customer service was second to none. I was kept updated with every detail, phone calls to give me a very prompt delivery date ( originally 2 weeks to Scotland) actually delivered in less than 1 week.I was able to speak to someone 're additional queries which was reassuring!The delivery (2 man delivery required) was the most polite and professional I've experienced with larger items- impressive.The table and chairs were superbly packaged. Table was in several layers of box/ polystyreneThe table was protected against anything during transit! Fantastic. Took a while to unpack but totally worth it.The table is very heavy and absolutely needed both of us to assemble.Assembly from floor stand upwards , with the very heavy top placed on top last. Each section is heavy/ sturdy/qualityThe quality of the table is amazing and its with great satisfaction that we bought this rather than some cheaper, flimsy options!!!We have had a number of guests for lunch and dinner and everyone comments on the quality / high gloss/ finish and elegance of this set.I'm 100% happy with this purchase.
