Very Informative
This book confirmed things about vitamin D3 that I had already speculated. Now I understand why big brother wants D3 banned.

Great book. Must read for everyone.
Easy to read; straight forward. Loads of helpful info. and perhaps life-saving info. even.I hope the author would enlist an editor or somebody for a possible immediate future second edition (?) to help with including references and footnotes for the studies he mentioned, with general book chapter organization, and with the book cover design (and the title perhaps?). That would help to reach many more who might otherwise be distracted and thus deterred from benefitting from the wonderful content of the book. The author is transparent, even providing his contact should you need more info. He seems genuine and eager to share his findings for the health of others. May God prosper the work of his hands.

The information is a mix of anecdotal and scientific evidence
I greatly appreciate the content of the book, but the information within and and structure of the writing is unorganized and very haphazardly presented. To further complicate the issue, he refers to MANY web articles, whose links are typed out. This meaning you'll have to type them out to see them. The information contained within the links are essentially an important part of the book. This linked information is intended to be a way to make the book more affordable, which I understand. But, the organization of the book (along with the web links) is just horrible! For instance D3 (Niacin) requires the support of K2, Magnesium, Zinc, and, others. When Taking higher doses of D3 (maybe starting with10,000 IU), the ratio of these other levels becomes rather important. But, the author only clearly translates the proper ratio of K2 to D3, which he claims to be very important. Some of the other suplements also need to be maintained in ratio to D3, but the author isn't very clear about what these ratios would be. Perhaps the information is contained in some of the links I didn't check out...All that being said, I still recommend the book because of the information within it which seems to be ground breaking.Regardless, hommie needs to take a remedial course in English Composition.

Invaluable Information
Tested deficit in vitamin D³ years ago and never looked further into it or done anything about it until later in life when I took my health more seriously. Also, watching Dr. Berg on YT helped a ton in my gaining understanding and importance of vitamin D³ and he recommended this book on his channel. I am so glad I purchased this book and recommend to everyone I know.

Very Imformative - Things that make you say Hmmmmm!…
I’ve only bought this book a couple weeks ago. I am applying some of what I learned. After the whole COVID fiasco, I feel much of what is mentioned in this book is plausible. Not a great read for someone who believes the government always has your best interest in mind. Not for the weak. I’ve seen enough in my life to believe most, if not, all the information in this book. It’s too early for me to report on actual results of applying the suggestions. I’m looking forward to add results later. I highly recommend reading this book if you’re truly serious about improving your health and living healthy well into old age. This is definitely not information anyone respectable in the medical will say to you because they can’t for fear of losing their careers. So you will NEVER hear it anywhere mainstream. Remember, a customer cured is a customer lost. They want you to live a long life, but sick enough to be financially supportive to the medical industry. Hospitals, doctors, the whole medical field and charity organizations have only one mission… To make big profits. Sad… Very sad… But true. 😩

Very informative and helpful
I read the first book Jeff T. Bowles wrote about Vitamin D and learned a lot. After reading the first one, I bought this one and it elaborates more on the Vitamin D, but also the importance of other nutrients, such as Magnesium, and Vitamins A and C. Magnesium is critically important and just as overlooked as Vitamin D. People really need to get his books and learn for themselves. Many people are getting healed of various diseases by experimenting and overcoming nutrient deficiencies they did not know they had. I believe Jess really cares about people and wants everyone to know the truth. In order to keep costs low for readers, he keeps some data on websites instead of having it printed in the book, which I would prefer. Low prices make the book more attractive to sum. Search for his books on Amazon.com and check out the things you can learn. It's all well researched and shared openly. Take a look! It makes a good gift, too.

Good Info
This book has good info, however it reads like one of those never ending videos you wish you had not clicked where the information you want is at the end. Best information is in the last half of the book.
