The ALPS Mountaineering Lynx Footprint is a durable, water-resistant polyester groundsheet designed specifically for the Lynx 2-person tent. Weighing only 10 ounces and featuring secure buckle corner attachments, it protects your tent floor from abrasion, moisture, and dirt while ensuring no water seeps underneath. Its slightly smaller cut than the tent floor guarantees a dry, clean shelter base, making it an essential lightweight accessory for serious campers.

Does its job
Used this footprint for the first time and got stuck in a thunderstorm. I didn't have any water in the base of my tent. It's a perfect fit for the tent and has buckles to attach it to the tent so it doesn't move around.

Unsatisfied
Unfortunately the straps on the 4 corners are too short the clay rusts straps are the right size had to mcgiver the straps by adding hair ties shouldn't have had to please alps add longer straps to the navy blue footprint.

Good ground sheet
After reading some of the other reviews I was concerned with getting the "right" one for my Lynx 3-person tent which is the one with the pole holes and buckles. I went to the ALPS Mountaineering website and made sure the product number referenced was the same and took a chance ordering it. It came and was exactly as advertised and is a perfect match for my tent. Very happy with it.

It works.
Easy to use, wish that it was covered the footprint of the fly when staked out. It's just a rectangle the same size as the tent footprint.

Cash grab should've been included it's just a piece of thin tent fabric nothing special
Seriously don't spend the money on this it's ridiculous
