Delicious for a quick side for dinner
We used to eat these on a regular basis several years ago, but no grocery store near us stocks these any more. Thrilled to find them online!

Great spinach soufflé, rewards with two good size servings. Adds nutrition to any meal. Good value

Good way to get spinach into diet.
Tasty way to get spinach in diet. Easy side dish. Fast to prepare. Be sure to heat it well as middle sometimes doesnt' get done. However the sides sometimes are hard after microwaving.

Love this. To put this souffle on my baked potato , followed by a little sour cream and butter, so so good

Disappointed
They call this soufflé? I thought it would be light and airy, i.e., like a soufflé. But it was just a mass of spinach. I mixed in some butter to soften the dish.

Been eating this since I was a kid and still can’t get enough of it. And I’m pretty old! Delicious. Making it microwaveable was genius.

This is one of Jane Logan’s favorites. God rest her soul. If you just want some spinach covered in goop that tastes like heaven this is it.
