I've been using this for decades. It really is good. It has help in my workouts as well. I always use this. Prefer this over anything else.

this is the best for Charlie horses. I get them rub it on. It works clearly without it no smells no odors and no grease feeling on my legs and some of my muscles. I work out heavily and this makes it easier for me to stand in the pain as I have to to go to work.

Ive tried just about everything that I could think of and nothing worked for my shoulder ( have torn tendon, neck problems.etc..) BTW I am actually a customer and my friend told me to try it,that it helped her husband so I thought I might as well try it since I bought about everything I could think of and nothing has helped BUT I bought this and it actually works I couldn't believe it!!! it helps calm the pain down so you can actually do something without having a lot of pain there are times where I put it on and it doesn't take the pain completely away but it does help a bit when I'm really hurting I would recommend this to anyone that has any sort of pains rather be knees, ankles, back, etc... you don't need to put a lot on but massage it into your skin and after about 15 minutes it's dry it does not smell hardly at all not like other products with that menthol smell, I even put some in a little container in my purse on the go just in case I need it but I highly recommend it and it's not that much money to try it because other stuff that I've tried was way more expensive and did not work so it doesn't hurt to give it a try!!
