Used for Parking lot broadcast. I used a regular microphone with a outdoor windscreen, a balanced to 1/8" mic cord and plugged directly into the "mic" input on the device. Also used a CD player with a phone jack line into the "line" input on the device. Found a radio channel that seemed to be empty on my car radio and tuned the transmitter to that channel... turned up the transmitter to it's highest level and volume... everyone heard it very clear for at least 1000 feet from my location.

I have purchased four of these for "drive in churches" in our community. They have been great!!! One of the included batteries failed but an external battery/power source was an easy fix. The signal clarity was better than transmitters 3x as expensive. Easily covers church parking lots and very easy to use with both voice (sermon) and music (church worship from a variety of inputs through a sound board).

My car radio does not have BT or audio inputs. I use this to hear audio from my IPod via my car speakers. I previously purchased a cigarette lighter style FM transmitter, but experienced a lot of interference that disrupted the signal when in a metropolitan area. This FM transmitter has enough power (on the low setting) to overcome the interference.

This item would be perfect if it worked. I used it 1 time and after that it became defective. The first use worked perfect for my church. It was easy to use and The sound to The cars was perfect. It picked up background music being played great.The next Sunday I could not get it to work. Finally came on and I couldn't change anything like I did before. I also had charged it and there was no charge left on it when it did come on. Sending this one back. Will try to order again.

does what I hoped it would. we've used it for social distanced drive in movies in a parking lot. works great to pipe the sound to all the cars - only tested to about 200' but no problems at all. build quality is just okay, not great - but I think it's what I would expect for the price. if you just need something simple to transmit overba short distance this fits the bill perfectly.

After three attempts one finally works consistently. The first one may have lasted but it came damaged. The sound quality is okay. On mine, I can’t use the device while it is plugged into the charger. AC hum is too bad when I try.

product works well and good sound but the battery discharges even when offtakes a few minutes to get back enough to use and it starts on the low end of theFM spectrum

Range is MUCH further than described, please be cautious when operating. Lowest setting is still too far to follow part 15 legally. But within 2 blocks
