My battery will not hold a chrge. Who do I call?

where can I get another battery?

I got a hold of the company directly and they sent me another battery. The first one died about 3 months after getting it and so did the new batteries. Love the knife but the batteries are no good. You can try ebay. Someone may have some extras.

would this knife work outside to do some small branch trimming? There doesn't seem to be a tool I am looking for.

Mine never worked at all .Does not charge and is sitting in the box at home.So the answer is "NO",it doesn't work any where.

Actually we ended up returning it. There wasn’t enough power to cut the meat. Ok for poultry but not good with pork (ham) or beef. We have replaced it with a corded one that does not hesitate when cutting. Not as convenient but constant consistent power.
