Q: Will the battery pump hold enough charge to pump 2 mattresses?

there is no battery pump in this one !!!! its manual !! you step on it with your foot press and release , press and release until its fully inflated !!!! its exhausting to do this every night !!!!! because by morning the mattress will be flat on the floor !!!!! don't make that mistake !! I trashed it after ten days !!!

Q: what is the difference in packed down size between the twin and the full?

It's full/queen. Two people sleeps comfortably.

Q: How is it possible the the mattress "with battery pump" is cheaper than "just airbed"?

You'd have to ask the manufacturer or Amazon customer service. Some of these have the pump built in and you plug it into an outlet. Mine has a battery operated pump that isn't permanently attached. And it's only half as tall as the others which is what I wanted for my single person pop up tent. Hope that helps

Q: Will this fit a camper pull out couch?

I believe not, even though is a twin size. But if for any reason it did. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use as a camper pull out couch.
