I really wanted to try moringa for the reported health benefits...I can't say its delicious but the seeds are very unusual in that water tastes sweet after eating the bitter seeds. My main purpose was to try and grow moringa in my garden and while it took a few efforts the seeds sprouted and I grew some in my WI garden. I much prefer the taste of the leaves and the plants were quite hardy...

Excellent quality great price, and fast shipping

Had 7 out of 12 germinate using a heat mat in my high tunnel. Of course not best conditions. Low light and heat growing slowly. Hope to set out first of may. Just a test to see what it takes here in zone 7

The taste is like everyone said - horrible. It’s gross but sweet at the same time. Only one or two at a time and I’ve only done a few days. I do notice a bit of appetite suppressant but have to commit to using daily for results I think. Taste stays for quite a while and even water won’t take it away!
