Wow, what a difference. I didn't believe that I had plantar fasciitis, but I knew I had high arches. I have been feeling pain in my heels for a while now and knew I needed to do something about it. I got these insoles and immediately put them in my shoes - it felt like my feet were finally truly supported. If you need arch support, these are great! Highly recommend. My only issue is because they are half the length of a shoe, they can easily slide around as you are putting your foot in if you aren't careful. However, that is a minor annoyance for how wonderful my feet feel once i get them situated correctly.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and while these did help relieve some discomfort, the fit felt a bit off for me. The arch support was solid, and I did feel better for a while—they just didn’t fit my feet quite right. A friend recommended them and swears by them, so it’s likely just a sizing issue on my end. I’d still recommend giving them a try—any relief is better than none!

Been using these in my work shoes for almost 3 weeks. My feet would hurt so bad after just 3-4 hours of work. I’m on my feet all day. Now I work all day with NO pain at all. These are life savers!!!!!! They stay in place no problem. Fit into my shoe perfectly. Give my feet the support I need.

The insole is seems designed for average arches. Not wide feet with low arch or high arch people. It's not bad. It's not great. But it did help relieve some of my pain. I had no heel support on my sketchers swift fit. (They're not good shoes to begin with). I'm approximately 220lbs. So heel support and arch support are required and I work 12hr nights. I added these and I immediately felt a difference. I felt heel support 4/5 and arch support 3/5. The arch part feels stiff and I've been wearing them for a month now or more and they still feel stiff. The product is a half foots length and made of a silicone. Make sure to line the insoles to the shoes heel, (as far back into the heel of the shoe as you can get it) if it's slightly off or crooked you'll develop pressure callouses or worsen your plantar fasciitis. I learned that the hard way.

My feet are usually overtired and dead after all day at Disneyland, I can barely walk back to my car. These literally did not cause me any pain all day, I was able to walk more. Incredible.

I had plantar faciitis 2 years ago and it lasted just a few weeks. THIS time, it started around the first of June and only really hurt if I was on my feet a lot during the day or walked a lot. Then by August, it started hurting 24 hours a day. My heels would throb when I went to bed and I rubbed every pain relief thing I could find and they helped minimally. Of course when I first got out of bed it was almost impossible to put my left foot down. I started doing the Stair exercise early on and learned it was the only thing that really gave me some relief. I practice yoga several times a week and some of the poses aggravated the condition while some, like down dog, helped. SO, I got some arch supports that did doodley. In desperation I started searching for insoles that had great ratings. Here I am. The FIRST day I put them in some closed toe leather shoes that have zippers on the side....I had to leave them unzipped to fit the insoles in and even then they were a little tight and uncomfortable. After about an hour on my feet they seemed to kind of caress my heel and my heel wasn't hurting - at all!!! I was on my feet for a good 4 hours that day and when I finally took the shoes off, my HEEL DIDN'T HURT....AFTER ALMOST 4 MONTHS. Since then (this was last week) I've had minimal pain in my heel. I still do my yoga and do my STAIR heel drop exercise...but when I first get up in the morning I have very very little pain. I wear a size 5-1/2 to 6 shoe. I have some size 6s that are really too large so I bet they will be comfy and fit better with these insoles. I have a high arch and they seem to fit well with it. Does Profoot make an insole for women with smaller feet???? I can't find it. I had to give this brand five stars. I have tried a few other brands with varying results but these - I can't believe after such extreme pain my heels felt better after wearing several hours. Is the plantar fasciitis gone? Not completely but darn near. I had a little pain today but I did have on some shoes with not enough heel cushioning. Profoot, please design and offer a SANDAL with that comfort in the existing foot bed. I love you. I have no problem with the insole staying in place (but it is for 6-10 womens and I barely wear a 6 so it doesn't have room to slide). I hope they last a while, but I intend to order a spare.

I’ve been dealing with so much plantar fasciitis pain this last year. I spent hundreds on shoes, inserts, etc at a well known store that specializes in this kind of thing and it still didn’t work. The only combination I found that worked for me were these inserts paired with Sketchers max cushion shoes. I wear that combo at work and on my off days and I’ve had so much relief!! I work 12 hour shifts and with these inserts I’m not limping around anymore. I even worked a 17 hour shift and was on my feet for most of the shift and I didn’t start limping until hour 15 or 16. I do have to purchase new inserts every other month or so because I notice after a certain amount of time my feet start to hurt again, but after a new insert, I get that relief again. I’m totally ok with that because they aren’t too expensive compared to other brands.

Bought this last week sep 2025 Only item that has helped me with planter fasciitis and I've tried EVERYTHING!!! still a little pain but I've been doing alot of walking since I got them but no limping for the first 2 days....result
