On the packet it is written that the carbohydrate value is 4.49g per 100g. In the 500g packet which we bought the total of carbohydrates works out as 22.45g.

Moringa powder is thought to have an effect on thyroid function, which I understand is what Hashimoto's disease affects. You need to consult your doctor about this, as there does not appear to be enough research available on this.

Best Moringa product I’ve tried

I use this for multiple uses but in particular for arthritis which it’s really helped, I have tried a few but none like this, one I tried made me terribly ill, I’ve had no ill effects from this one at all, only positive responses, an amazing supplement from a great company, organic is super important to me and it’s a great price to, simply the best! I take 2 tbsp a day with my other powders in warm water as it helps it dissolve better :)

I had one tea spoon 🥄 in water yesterday morning, that may have been a bit too much in retrospect, however the end result has me feeling clean from the inside out.... I will take half the amount again tomorrow, my stomach is happy 😊.

Got my delivery on time - no issues with that. Unfortunately the bag was burst at the bottom which allowed some powder to get out. But of a mess so I had to transfer it into another container.
