Yes with lubricant and aluminium mill feed and speed setup it will handle it like a boss

Will this spindle work with a inventable cnc using easel software?

Yes, I have not setup automatic spindle power on and off...I know not how hard that would be. Otherwise Yes it should work with inventible easel software.

Will this unit work on an x-carve 1000 cnc machine?

Most likely. I have one mounted on a Shapeoko2 that was an early cousin of the Xcarve line of machines. I am still using the Arduino that came with it to control the shapeoko but I am not using it to control the spindle. My understanding is that this is possible I just have not taken the time to set that part of it up.
