Purchased in Feb 21 and lasted till Oct 23.
Seemed to be well made, not sure how long there supposed to last but would have thought 18 months it lasted was short life.

Great item, used on an oil boiler brick chimney to stop the rain mixing with sulfur from the boiler that could be making acid that plays havoc on plasterwork

Chimney cowl
Generally looks neat and tidy. Colour compliments the colour of the building (bradstone), good value. Pending the cold weather to use the open fire and test the cowl, I'm sure it will be fine.

It does what it’s supposed to do

Did not fit my chimney 220mm pot, had to return it.
Its fits on the 22cm pot but the bird cage is to big so just falls over the outside of the chimney pot. Had to send it back as product description and colour is different to pictures shown.
