Philips Premium TurboStar 1.8lb/2.75qt Airfryer - HD9741/96 (Latest Model 2020) (Digital Black)

I have used this for French fries and chicken wings. The food comes out picture perfect and tastes great. Very easy clean up! I sent photos of the food cooked in the air fryer to friends and made them hungry because the food looked so nice. It comes with a small booklet of recipes but I plan on buying an air fryer cookbook so I can use it more. It is nice not to have to preheat the oven and bake/broil for 30-40 minutes. Fries are ready in 14 minutes and the chicken wings took 16 minutes. This is worth it!

I gave this as a gift, but have one myself and we love it. We use it several times of week. I’ve had my Phillips Airfryer for 2 years now and no problems at all. It cooks quick, easy to clean and the basket is the perfect size for 2 people.

This is just easy to use. I was a bit skeptical but it's compact, yet holds a good amount of food, cooks quickly and retains great flavor.

Convenience, taste, chrispyness without the grease.

if you like buying quality..this is it. i'm sure there are good and similar products, but this is a very nice machine. we bought this size cause its small enough to leave on the counter.. if you have to schlepp it out, you won't use it. great for a couple, maybe not for a family.. love it to reheat things like pizza and fries. like a really great convection oven that doesn't have to warm up.. reheating pizza to crispy and cheesy in 4 to 5 minutes.

Really well made appliance and simple to operate. You will buy it to make French fries but you will love it for roasted broccoli, onion rings and carrot fries. I think it would be a godsend for any parent trying to get their kids to eat more vegetables. If you have a large family I think you will want to go with one of the larger models. Some foods like sweet potato fries don’t like being crowded in the basket.

I was surprised that with this model at least, the baking pan, splatter screen & grill pan are considered accessories. It advertises 'fry, bake, grill' -- but when you receive it, all you can do is fry. The baking pan & grill pan cost me another $68. I was a little annoyed by that. The user manual is one of the worst I have seen in a while. There is a table that lists available accessories by Model number -- and this model HD9741/96 -- is not even in the table, but six other models are. Then there is a labeled schematic of the device, but the corresponding list of what each numbered item is shows up finally 4 pages later...leading to lots of flipping back and forth. I also discovered, while trying to get the other accessories, that their website is a bit wonky too -- and I wound up having to call them, only to get someone who kept putting me on hold while SHE searched some website for answers -- and then finally had to email me later with the part numbers / place to order accessories.These are just small customer user-friendliness things. But once I waded through it, the maiden voyage was roasted asparagus and then roasted carrots. So far, so good. This is a nice size for 1-2 people and easy to clean. Seems noisy (annoying if entertaining in your kitchen while cooking) -- but maybe all air fryers are noisy? Bottom line, I think I will be happy with this device.

I bought it so I can use with converter in Europe . But guess what couldn't use it, it does not work and I will be back in January 23, 2023 from my Europe tripVery disappointed and want to return it .How can I return this item ?
