Kenka Bancho Otome: Girl Beats Boys - The Complete Series [Blu-ray]

This was disappointing. They basically took what would have been two whole episodes and split them into a bunch of maybe five minute shorts. So every six episodes could have been one normal length one. It had a good plot but was so short that they botched even that. I'd look for something other than this to watch. Stick with the manga this was based off instead.

It worked and was a good film.

Kinda short hope they make another and round it out more.

A little short but fun to watch. Main female lead is not a wuss which is awesome. Definitely a fun add to your collection but buy it when it's cheap, episodes are short.

It's not a bad anime although it doesn't follow the manga version. I've never played the game so I can't say if it's closer to that or not.The animation is pretty good and the music is great. The biggest issue is the episode length. We're talking 8 minutes a piece, which is very disappointing. I have to say this isn't worth the $28 it's priced at maybe $20 and that's kind of pushing it. I feel there was a big missed opportunity this could have been turned into a movie and made more sense than 10 mini episodes, but what do I know? We don't really know or care about the characters with the little bit of background we get and it just falls flat and feels rushed. As far as the dub goes I'm not a fan and as a big anime fan I was shocked to not really care for the sub either. Both the main character and her brother are both voiced by girls in both versions. Not to say this is a bad thing, but the voice actors do a poor job. There are many male voice actors who do a good job portraying female characters and vise versa. The female voice actors don't even try to sound masculine. So overall if you can get over the mediocre voice acting I'd probably pick sub over dub it is a fun little story where a girl beats up a bunch of guys.

They wanted this over the summer to watch when it rain up at the cabin, so at this price how could I not get it?

タイトル『喧嘩番長乙女』。一般的な国内プレイヤーで再生出来ます（再生環境/SONYの2015年～の最廉価プレイヤー『BDP-S1500』）。タイトルで日本語/字幕《OFF》を選択すれば、後は普通に鑑賞する事が出来ます。映像特典はノンテロップED『Love Desire』が5種類-と『Face to Fake』。ノンテロップＯＰはありません。パンク路線なのか、ファンシー路線なのかと迷うほど色とりどりのペンキをぶちまけ、壁の至る所にこれでもかってぐらい落書きしまくっている校舎。バトルは血みどろ泥臭系ではなく、爽やかスポーティッシュバトルで、更にはバトルに勝てばポケモンみたいに仲間ゲットだぜ～！的な展開です。男性目線で見るならば、超変化球ギャグ系として見るべき。なお、一話の尺がかなり短いので一気にＥＤまで見れます。ただ、物語自体は区切りの良い所で終わっていますが、伏線回収放置なので、余程安くない限りは配信とかで鑑賞した方が良いでしょう。ちなみに国内版価格は大暴落状態ですが、尺が短い作品を上・下巻に分けて販売しているので、かさばる事この上ないでしょう。安くてもお勧めしません。
