Silverfish and Firebrats Monitoring Trap with Attractant Lure Twin Pack

After installing inside a radiator cover (where I have seen firebrat activity) on a perfectly flat bathroom floor I waited (for a month now) but have so far seen no results. I'm afraid the "trap" doesn't seem to work - for me anyway.UPDATE 12/02/21Would you believe - the day after my review the trap caught its first firebrat. My faith is restored, thank you!

Easy enough to set up. However it had no immediate effect for the first week or so, had silverfish blatantly ignoring the package and had to squish nearly 12 by hand, but left the trap on the bathroom floor.Went away for a weekend and came back to a surprise - 34 clustered inside the trap, from the really big ones to the really tiny larvae-like ones, still alive but stuck and dying.As I said, easy enough to set-up, but it is unclear if there are any other factors that need to be considered to make the bait more effective (air needs to be humid? dryer? can only think being away and letting the bathroom dry out had some effect).Still have to say it works as intended.

Doesn't work at all. They just ignore it

Great product, easy to use , it may take a couple of days to see any activity, but they work, I’ve ordered more

Unable to rate as not used much. Cable too short for unit. Will have to extend cable to make it work well. Background of kitchen too light.

Catches lots of silverfish. Highly recommend (especially for use in kitchen cupboards because they aren't poisonous).

We are so happy we brought these traps to try, on day two we had caught lots of silverfish. We will order more of these as they are fantastic.These need to be placed in an area where you have seen the silverfish coming and going (I.e crack in wall or floor) and on a flat surface (with the holes at the bottom, this actually has 'up' written on it so you know what side should be face up).
