Do not directly apply to your skin!

I read all the instructions to use this and it is good when mixed with a dilutant. diluting it to a safe level to work with. For me and my darker skin, i have yet to see results but i suffer from hyperpigmentation and i believe if i get the right concentration i can reduce it.So far it does what its supposed to but for some it can make situations worse. Use oils and moisturizers and such.

Strength is not 80%

This is false advertisement. Be very wary in purchasing this Lactic acid. It seems very weak and having tested its strength is below 50%.

I would recommend not to buy it burned my skin I only kept it on for a minute. Very very bad.

Is this water?

There is a slight itchy feeling after a few minutes with it on your skin but absolutely no burning or peeling for me.
