Can I use this product with other anti-fungal cream? since this one doesn't sound like one.

Yes I used the product daily in combination with a anti-fungal cream. As you indicated NonyX Nail Gel is not an anti-fungal treatment though some Amazon reviews noted differently.

Can I use this under the nail as well as on top?

I try to squeeze some under the nail, also around the cuticle. I started using it few weeks and I’m already seeing some improvement.

Anyone had good results for Thickened toenails??

I wish I had a before and after photo, but It's working for me. It will take time and you have to be consistent. Don't miss a treatment. Continue to apple in the morning and before bed and clean the affected area thoroughly once a week or more if need be. Mines didn't show noticeable results until the 3-week mark. I'm guessing it won't be completely clear for me until possibly 4- 6 months later and even then I might continue using it. GREAT product, life saver from having to resort to expensive Laser Treatment
