Luv this playpen it's better than the 1st one I bought looks more durable to last a while

This is such a neat wooden crate, and the flexibility to be collapsible makes it super convenient! It seems very sturdy and was very easy to set up. Packaged well and the materials are all very nice. There was a SLIGHT stain smell to the wood when we opened it, but nothing that lasted longer than a day. During the set up, it appeared that the latch should be assembled at the top of the door, however after adding it there, we felt that it left the bottom easy to move, and a potential danger if our pup tried to escape. The door would gap enough for a small paw/leg, or worse their head if they were really determined to escape, to get stuck or pinched in the door...so we moved the latch to the middle of the door and it is MUCH more sturdy there! Definitely recommend adding the latch to the middle for safety and security!! Also, because it is collapsible, the top does not have a latch, so it could be pushed up and opened from inside if the pup was aware it opened and was adventurous. Could easily add a latch to secure it down. We also pulled the handles through so they weren’t on the inside of the crate for the dog to chew on. Overall it’s a great crate! With us having a puppy, we made a few adaptations to suit our needs, and are going to add a latch to the top for peace of mind that she won’t try to push it open to escape while she’s in the crate. So far she loves it, and it’s very nice!! Four paws up!!

This crate is poorly made, arrived with big scratch on the top, and stinks. We ordered black, but it was more of a dark brown. Dull finish. Also had dried glue on the door. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Do not order from this company!

was such the ideal cage at first. simple and spacious UNTIL my puppy started chewing the wood and eventually took one of the bars off and got out.if your puppy doesn’t chew on things, i recommend 10/10!you do have to drill the latch yourself btw.

Only three stars because it’s not serving the purpose I intended it for—which was a dog kennel. I followed all the measurements to get what I needed and it’s still weirdly too small. Like it wasn’t in the right box or something and I got sent the wrong size. So now it’s just a very expensive end table that I can’t return because of all this virus stuff and it’s bulky and heavy and not just easily tossed into a mailbox.The problem with my aggravation is: it’s actually really well made. It’s oddly beautiful as just a table. The wood is thick, the bars are tough, the latch is awesome and easier than those stupid slide and hook things on regular kennels. And it’s easier to put up and take down than regular kennels too. So it IS worth the money... if you get what you paid for.

This Crate is great! Well built and very nice looking

My puppy which is a Yorkie, 5lbs tried to claw her way out of this. It looks nice but it's very disappointing as far as the structure. I don't even like putting my dog in it because I'm afraid she may get the wood on her paws. She started doing the the minute she was put inside. I would really like to return it and get a full refund.

This is amazing!!! I have a Shiba Inu puppy who out grew the small traveling kennel. Got this to take the place of a rundown night stand, and wow glad I did!When it came in, thought I was going to be in IKEA hell putting this thing together. I got a case of beer, a selection of Allen wrenches, and said a prayer to Loki (cause who else would enjoy watching us struggle with this).Taking a deep breath I pulled out the packing foam, and reached for one of the side, imagine my sheer joy when the whole thing came out in one piece and opened up and the bottom floor part feel down and lock the thing in place. Not even my kids pack and plays opened up so perfectly.This thing is sturdy, thick, like real wood not press board thick.Best thing is it is currently too big for my pup, and I’ve had to putt a create in to make it smaller, my Shiba will never put grow this!
