cleaning gel Great Dust Remover! I purchased this to use in my car to get into those hard-to-clean areas. There’s some reason I can’t get in the cracks with a rag. I was trying to find something that would help me totally clean the car. Especially those crumbs that sneak on the side of things. It worked great. then again I clean my car pretty regularly so it’s not overly dirty. It’s just those cracks in between and I can’t reach above me. Here are the pros/cons of the product from my initial test: Pros: - Ease of use: This is very easy to use. Just open it up, pull it out, and dab it into the dusty areas. It was able to reach places I could not go with a rag. Also, if your wallet and you stick it into a little crack, it’s much easier to get out of those hard-to-get places. It’s not sticky and doesn’t stick to your hands, which is helpful. Nothing like sticky stuff in my hands. This is good for loose dust, even though it slides on the side of the seat, so I can’t get it. I even dabbed it on my carpet, and it didn’t stick to it, but it got the crumbs up. It worked well at removing the dust in the vents and some corners you could not get a rag into. Another thing I really liked about it is that it doesn’t scratch your car‘s upholstery. It’s very gentle and easy to use. Cons: It works a little slower than just dragging your rag over things, but at least it cleans things that you usually wouldn’t have been able to reach. The other thing I’m not sure about is how long it will last before you have to replace it. I have used it several times, and it still works, but I think eventually, it will fill up with dirt,, and you need to get a clean one.

Okay, once you start using this gel, you just cannot put it down.It has a great appearance but do not try to taste it.Please. you will wonder about the drying time, but it does not leave any kind of wet. Residue, there is no leakage out of the container, and it is great for durability in that it lasts a long time. I have only bought one container in his lasted. Me for many months, you have to be patient with it. Because it's removability, goes at its own pace, as it will ease its way out of its container. But once you have it in your hand it stays there. And you press it into the cracks and crevices, and it lifts out all of the dust and crumbs, and whatever else, of course, those get trapped in the jail. So eventually you will dispose of the jail and buy you a new container of the gel. This is the kind of product used by detailers like it's a secret, but now you know the secret.And you should buy 14 your car.And you should buy four or five more for your family and friends

He is working in a very dusty area with the red dirt....his truck was covered in the thick dust, so a perfect test of the product. He and I cleaned what we could with rags, but I wanted to try this stuff out on the creases and vents. It worked alright. I found that tapping the dust to get the worst of it off before dragging it over a second time worked best. - Cleaning: This is good for loose dust. It worked really well at removing the dust in the vents and some of the corners you could not get a rag into. Cons: - Cleaning: This did not remove some of the stuck on dust that a rag would have removed. I also found that getting in tighter crevices did not work very well either. It also left a little greasy feel that may attract dust or that some people may not like on their dashes or inside their vehicles. - Cleaning the product: With as heavy of dust that was in my dad's truck, the gel got pretty dirty. I am not sure the best way to clean it, or if you can even clean it. Rags and towels are easy...just throw them into a washing machine. I'm guessing this is use until completely dirty and throw away. - Messy: This also leaves a greasy feel to your hands. With rags, you can usually minimize this, but this stuff gets all over your fingers, especially the finger you use to press it into vents. Overall, this is something that is a neat idea, but it really is not great. It worked okay at getting loose dirt and dust off of surfaces, but you could also get the same results from using something like tape or wrapping a small tool with some cloth and using cleaning agents. This might make a cheap, fun stocking stuffer if you want to get something that is different. Personally, I don't think I'll buy this again and just use rags.

When I first tried this I was skeptical, but oh my! It is actually almost addictive. You use it and you just want to keep going with it. It is perfect for cleaning car console, cup holders, dash, etc. I also found it great to use on a Tiffany lampshade. Makes a normally unpleasant task kind of fun, and does a great job.

Tried it today, great for all the crannies and nooks, quite a bit of fun too, it's gooey and soft but doesn't stick to your skin or the surface your cleaning. Car needs detailed currently, I might even keep my car cleaner than normal. I'm not a person who actually keeps my interior immaculate or even dusted, so that says a lot that I"ll use it.

I love this stuff. My car is always collecting dust and crumbs and I love to take this out and clean. It really works.

Works great to remove dust in tight places. Easy to use and rolls over creases nicely to pick up dirt from hard to reach places. Seems pretty durable as it can be molded around to clean around your center console.

Used it to clean my fan which has collected a lot of lint and dust and it worked wonderfully! Here are a few tips that worked for me: 1. Make sure the gel is cold, not warm, not hot. The warmer it is the more liquid it'll be, and the messier things will get. 2. When you're cleaning things with spaces (like fan vents or keyboard keys) or things with holes, I placed the gel on it and pushed it gently, then waited for 5-10 seconds for the gel to seep into the spaces. DON'T LEAVE IT IN FOR MORE THAN 10 SECONDS! Otherwise you risk it going in too far and getting stuck inside. 3. Rely on the fact that the gel sticks to itself more than anything else. If a few pieces get stuck between spaces, dont try to pull them out with your fingers. Use the rest of the gel and make it have contact with the pieces of gel for a few seconds before yanking out the entire thing. It should pull the pieces with it. 4. Whenever you're trying to pull it out, try to either yank it up as one piece, or slide it in one direction so that it doesn't rip in one side. At first, I just dabbed it on the fan, and it didn't seem to do much, until I actually let it sit for a few seconds before peeling it off. This made the dust and lint pieces adhere to the gel.

This is fun stuff to use. It's really gratifying to finally get in the nooks and crannies of your car interior and extract those foreign crumbs and other bits. I'd say it's most effective when the surface has been vacuumed first, because it's not a stand alone command performance with this slime. Reviews of other products made me a tad concerned about residue but I saw absolutely zero with this product. Subtle scent that isn't chemical or overpowering. And the best way to clean it is to just roll the debris and the slime into itself and keep going. I suggest just using portions of the slime...based on the surface you want to work on. A little goes a long way!
