Well.. where do I start? The set arrived 1 month late and a pillow for the table was missing (still didn’t get it).It’s ok overall, but it’s very overpriced.Looks cheap.Pillows are falling apart after the first year!Wish I would make a different choice.

This set looks great on our deck and we get a lot of use out of it. Great color of light tan and we purchased some dark blue patterned pillows that really help it look luxe. We get several comments on how beautiful this set is on our deck. Some items to note: it is a little difficult to put on the clips, you definitely need two people. The backs of these are fairly low, I was quite concerned at first but the look grew on me. Most important thing is that these are NOT water proof or really resistant. We have to run out and put the cover on for all rain, no matter the amount. These cushions suck in water! The "table" is very small and not really usable for much other than a side table. We had to find a larger table to put in the middle.

This is a small set, and the seats are not very deep. The cushions are pretty good. It's nice that a cover is included, but ours fell apart after one or two winters, so I'm buying a heavy-duty tarp. The cushion covers are reasonably sturdy, but inside, the stuffing is loosely packed, and it is encased in paper that falls apart rapidly. As soon as you receive the set, I recommend buying trash compacter bags (which are made of very sturdy plastic), and wrapping the contents of each cushion in one of these bags. That way, when you have to wash the cushion covers later, you can get the stuffing out without having the paper wrapping and the stuffing fly everywhere. Overall, I would say that this is a good value for the money. That's because it's extremely inexpensive and can get the job done with some minor fixes.

We have a small upper level deck measuring 14 x 12' and needed a less bulky seating group that would fit this smaller space. Have read reviews about cushions absorbing rain water if the cover is left off, so will treat with a waterproofing spray before using.Pros:Delivery faster than expectedNo assembly required, fairly lightweight but well madeSame look as the much more expensive options - very attractive set.Smaller profile was perfect for our spaceCons:As expected, cushions a bit firm. The sectional came in 3 well packed boxes and was very easy to unpack and put together. Sectional came with very nice cover that fits generously. Clips to put the pieces together came with the furniture and are easy to use. The cushions are high quality and are comfortable to sit on. Love the ottoman which comes with both a cushion and glass top. For the price this is an excellent outdoor sectional that looks like it costs way more than the purchase price. We liked it so much we ordered more pieces. Customer service was excellent! We worked with Cindy and she was outstanding! She answered our questions in a very timely manner and went out of her way to help us and to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase! I highly recommend this sectional and Stella Home.

I contacted customer service via email regarding replacement cushions because the cotton was damaged. Immediately, I receive a response after my first email. The staff wasted no time addressing my requests and offered to replace my cushion without hesitation. Normally you are given a difficulty time when concerns arise after purchasing a product. But not in this case, the customer service alone is a great as my outdoor section. I would purchase from this seller again and refer my friends as well. You will not waste your money.

This sectional is perfect for our space! We love the low profile and smaller size as we only had 8 feet of porch depth to work with. It looks so much more expensive than the price suggests and is very comfortable. It arrived in 3 boxes and we only had to push the sections together and attach the clips. We did have a couple issues that were solved immediately by customer service - two of the metal and plastic feet on the bottom were cracked and the coffee/table ottoman was not square, which caused it to not sit level on the ground. I contacted customer service yesterday as soon as we opened the items and they have already resolved my issue and are shipping me a new ottoman and have told me to keep the other one! I consider that excellent customer service!
