Its a scale graduation on the handle and it is adjustable to 10 - 50 nm.

Yes, it's a click style torque wrench. Don't recall whether or not it has a ft-lb scale. I purchased three of these wrenches in various torque ranges, and all I can say is that they are very nice indeed. Works perfectly. Very pleased. Note, these come packaged in cardboard boxes. If you want plastic cases, they can be purchased directly from Tohnichi America.

Does this measure ccw torque(for lh threads)? or just cw?
