It’s okay. Pretty low in calories and nutritionally complete which makes it ideal for me as I am doing 12 weeks vlcd. Only three stars though because there are tastier products on the market. It doesn’t taste bad, it’s just a bit watery for me.

Although thinner than others I’ve tried it tasted good. Sometimes I have one for breakfast and other times I’ve poured onto cereal as I dislike milk. I saw the reviews about them separating but I make sure I give it a really good shake before I open it. I’ve had no problems so far and I’ll be ordering again soon. I also like that you get 8 in the pack. I think larger packs would be good too.

Never mind the negative reviews about this product. These have worked quite well for me, drinking one as my breakfast and another for my lunch (either with a salad sandwich or an apple or orange) I don't feel that urge to snack food that's not good for me. Don't get me wrong, It doesn't completely stop hunger for 4 hours (which is a long time when you like to snack especially during a diet!), it takes some will power. Just do what I do (when at home) pour one bottle into a glass and sip it as slow as possible, trust me when I say that doing that will make the drink last longer and will make you feel good throughout the day. Or you could skip the lunch one and drink that after dinner to stop the hunger until you go to bed. Give them a try, what have you got to lose? And it's worth the money (my gym sell them for £3.50 per bottle! Hence the reason I purchased them form here)

Goof Value for money, taste could be better but really convenient to grab when you're in a rush or as a quick refuel source.
