Just bought this from you and the wrong parts are in how do we sort this?

Contact seller via email and return as faulty amazon will help 😁👍

I found a little rip on the cover

*If your washing machine can spin and drain after actual cycle, use it. 10 minutes option may be available. * if your clothe drier is used a lot and you haven't cleaned the fan, please try that. It might resolve the issue. Thanks.

can the top arms be folded downwards for easier storage?

The arms don’t fold downwards, but can fold upwards and the head on which the arms are attached could also be detached for easier storage.

Where does the water vapour go? My house is prone to high humidity and damp so i dont want to add to the problem.

It goes into the air, so be careful with that. As Matt says, near an open window might be best. You really need a condensing tumble dryer (or an outside vented one) for homes susceptible to damp and mold. You really don't want to be increasing the moisture content in the air.
