The media could not be loaded.  High Quality. Heavy. Very sharp. Beautiful design. Holds well in the hand. The wooden container is an added bonus. However, the knife likes to flip over on the table when you put it down so that the blade is facing up. Because of the design of the handle, being flat and "horizontal" at the end, the knife cannot lay on the table side way like most steak knives. Having the blade facing up and being so sharp, it's dangerous. We are happy using this set, but would not purchase more.

These knives weigh 3.5oz each, they cut well. What I found odd is the grip is flat. Almost like a ruler. Because of the flat handle the knives tend to rest with the blades straight up. I prefer to rest my knife blades facing the plate, but that is just my personal preference

Worth the price. Buy the knives, you will not be disappointed.

I’m not an expert, but I eat a lot of steak, and have been to several of the top 10 steakhouses in the country, and these knives are up there with some of the knives at those places.

They cut well they’re high-quality love the ergonomics they stand nicely on the table happy
