Unlike tweezers, this 13-hole bead holder allows a wide range of bead sizes. It will accommodate beads from slightly larger than 1/32 inch to about 1/2 inch or slightly larger. Also unlike tweezers, it does not require you apply pressure with your hand while drilling. Just screw the top down firmly to keep the beads secure.
