J’ai été agréablement étonné par ce couteau étant donné le prix, même si j’ai toujours eu confiance en la marque, en ce qui concerne les couteaux je suis très regardant et il en fallait un nouveau pour ma mère ( mais c’est moi qui coupe la viande lors de nos repas lol) , je suis plus que satisfait, il vaut certains haut de gamme que je possède. Pas eu besoin de le passer au strop ( cuir) ni rien. Par contre , contrairement à ce qu’il est indiqué, ne jamais mettre de couteau au lave-vaisselle ni le plonger dans l’eau.
