seriously the perfect chai. i drank the Blue Lotus Black Tea Chai for years, then needed to cut caffeine from my life. was so happy to see the caffeine free rooibos version. i can still have my chai! i have also tried the Golden Rooibos one, but i prefer this original rooibos over the golden one. this one has a more pronounced chai flavor...i love that kick of black pepper. i use much more than the recommended amount....2 tsp per 1 cup of liquid. but even so, it is still a great deal, and organic too! would recommend and i will continue to purchase.

I'm not a huge fan of rooibos but this one is subtle and the chai is just delicious. I love that it's caffeine free so I can drink it anytime. The spice level is just right -- really not too spicy. Their caffeinated versions have more spice. I like to mix the two. I love that there are no creamers or sweeteners or other additives, so I can make it how I want. And it blends up really well with my little hand frother.

Best Chai Ever. I read reviews here and I thought to myself, "there's no way it's that good." I read each review as a grain of salt because people tend to be so up and down, they roar over shipping related issues and blame the product, or they rate it 5 stars because the can it came in, is pretty. I am rating this product because when I use it, it is awesome and it serves a purpose as the best chai I've ever tasted. - SMOOTH. It's a very smooth tea. Very easy to use. I just use a Kuerig 2.0 machine, filtered with no kcup, just use it for the hot water feature. I did nothing more than drop a little dollop of organic raw honey into the water, let it dissolve, and then did a slightly heaping scoop from the little wood spoon included in the chai canister, because I was using 10oz of water. Just stir and added a little coconut milk; extremely smooth consistency and flavor. - PEPPERY. It's definitely a peppery chai, but that's not a bad thing. When we say peppery, we don't mean table pepper. We mean a more cinnamon, spice peppery. It adds to what I think chai is all about. Chai without peppery, is black tea. - SMELLS GREAT. It smells great, and tastes even better. - TASTE. It's smooth, it tastes organic, it is overall fantastic. I will buy this product again, and I will recommend this to anyone who wants awesome chai. I have already recommended it to the tea consumers at my place of work. I have Rooisbos tea in the bag, made by Numi, where steeping is recommended for 4 mins. It's decent, of course it's chai also, and it's an excellent type of chai, however when steeping tea we tend to not get that peppery taste actively in the tea. It's faint, if there at all. I believe this team by Blue Lotus creates an infusion of the peppery taste because it's actually in the ingredients and it dissolves in the cup, in warm water. Much different than steeping a bag of tea and capturing just the herbs within the pouch; Blue Lotus' tea you actually have in your cup, no pouch. So you get the full experience. I get a little excited. A cigar and chai tea has become an after-work favorite of mine before the sun sets, before my dinner. I used to come home and steep my tea and have that, but after tasting Blue Lotus' version of Chai. It adds so much more to my after-work down-time. Definitely recommend to anyone that loves chai. This chai is delicious. It has an incredible aroma, lots of flavor, and I love how it's unsweetened so that I can add my own honey and make it not too sweet. It reminds me of the chai that was served at the Indian restaurant I used to go to when I lived in a city. This is the best chai mix I have ever tried.

I have been using this product for about a decade! First time buying from Amazon, though. You won't miss caffeine drinking this tasty chai! It's absolutely delicious, full of flavor, an excellent spice blend for something that's instant. It actually rivals the Chai from an Indian restaurant in my city. When I don't want the caffeine, I drink this. I have tried a lot of other varieties from this brand, and all are fantastic! A little goes a long way. Add a tad more powder for a really spicy chai. Add a tad less for a smoother, creamer chai. No problem mixing in whatever sweetener you like.

I am a big Chai connoisseur as I was introduced to it back in the 90's before it was a thing in the US and was hooked. This is by far my favorite (and most authentic) chai ever! I love that it's not too sweet as I prefer to add my own sweetener depending on my mood. It comes with the cutest little wooden spoon, I use one heaping spoonful per cup and it lasts me for a while, making it a very good value. I put a spoonful in the bottom of my mug & add boiling water & honey to make it half full, stir, then fill the rest of the cup with hot milk or coconut milk. I purchased both the regular and the decaf and I actually prefer the taste of the Rooibos Masala Chai. It blends very well the way I make it, no chunks of powder. Very happy with this purchase! No regrets!

Nice to have a caffiene-free alternative for Chai. This mix is not very spicy and I end up using about 2 times as much as it says you need for 8oz. Nice flavor.

Yummy! I mix this Chai with coconut milk powder and turmeric infused honey. Drop in a conning stick and you have a soothing and tasty beverage.

Absolutely fantastic flavor. Make sure to use at least two of the included scoops worth of mix for one cup of tea. I love that it's decaf and unsweetened.

I have tried other chai powder and this one is by far the best. Tastes like freshly ground fresh spices.
