Has passcode in family settings that previous owner made and is unplayable without it
I bought the Xbox and received it and it worked fine until I tried to play a game on it the previous owner put a passcode lock in the family settings and I don't know it so whenever I try to play a game it says enter passcode that I didn't make and I can't reset the passcode because it says I need to answer a security question I also didn't make

Like new… you might also need a new power cord.
I couldn’t be more impressed or satisfied. Maybe I got lucky- either the original owner took perfect care of the console, or the refurbishing process is incredibly effective (maybe both), but there isn’t even a scratch on the thing and it works perfectly… The only glitch was my own fault: I assumed I would be able to use the power adapter I already had; but this console is a later model X360 and it uses a differently configured cord from the X-Box I bought about 20 years ago. No worries, though: through Amazon Prime, I ordered an updated power cord and I was playing Gears of War 2, Tiger Woods 10, and NHL Legacy on my “new” X-Box 360 just two days later! I am 55 and don’t game enough any more to justify paying a ton of money for a current console. Spending about $100 so I can keep playing my old favorites was the perfect choice for me!

Replaced an old one with the RRoD.
My old one died on me so I got a replacement. All I needed was the console only (I have the power adapter and hard drive from the old unit). This fit the bill perfectly, and cheaper than having the old one repaired.

Good overall didn't take long to ship works flawlessly I stressed tested it worked fine but it came a little dirty but I cleaned it up and it's like new. Would recommend

I am very happy with this product, not just the condition of the outside case, but also how great it works as well, just plain and simple it's in great like new condition.

Excellent refurbishment
Looks great on the outside, I plugged it in and it operates like new. The ad states and shows it DOES NOT come with cords so buy them separately if you don’t already have them. But the Xbox itself is top quality.
