Ive been using DNA filters for atleast 10 years. From my bmw e60 m5 a few dodge durangos and a few others. now on my mercedes. Same quality as k&n but saved 50 bucks

I have purchased DNA filters on several occasions for different vehicles that I have owned. I find a very noticeable difference in the acceleration of the vehicle and also in the improved mileage of the vehicle. The filters are very well made and they are 100% washable. I wash the filters by soaking them in warm water in a slight soapy solution for about 15-20 minutes and then rinsing them under a low power faucet and then letting it dry out for a couple of days to make sure it's totally dry. The best part about this filter compared to a lot of other similar filters is that this one doesn't need to be oiled. that is a huge plus. I highly recommend buying this filter.

Immediately regretted installing this product. I completed traditional German style apprenticship and then worked as a Master Technician for >10 years, specializing in MB, BMW and VW/Audi. If your carbon filters are already removed, this filter will store historic and active codes for implausible AFM vs. Throttle plate position codes for both banks. Also you the hesitation you experience will set your ESP into limp mode, until you restart. Rest of World / Grey mkt. airbox and AFM will not solve the issue. However, once the engine is warm, above the hesitation range of 2k-3.5k rpms... the engine definitely is receiving more air the oem/Mahle/Hengst. This increase was not worth the drivability issues.

Installed this on my Mercedes B250 and fitment was perfect. The filter feels well made, airflow seems improved, and I like that it’s washable and reusable instead of constantly replacing paper filters. Installation was straightforward and only took a few minutes. Good value for the price compared to OEM options. Overall, a solid upgrade if you want a reusable performance-style air filter without spending a fortune.
