I've had this headset for 3 years. They're fantastic for their price. Sound is great, extremely comfortable, never broke after multiple drops. After all this time, I'm only now needing new earmuffs for the headset, that's just about it.

Updated: 7/12/2020Ok so they still work perfectly but the elastic band does tend to wear out and the top of your skull will be touching the actual headband. It’s not an issues for me BUT it is annoying for others I can imagine. I do not recommend putting these headsets on one of those stands and instead lay them in the ear cuffs to preserve elastic. I still recommend these. Sounds is great.Got these for 59.99 and no regrets. I use it for the switch and they sound awesome. They do feel a little flimsy compared to my pro wireless but that’s expected. I wouldn’t go to get these full price which are 129 but 60 bucks is a good deal. The rgb light is cool too, work while context to switch from side usb.

Purchased the PUBG edition rather than the standard Arctis 5 due to it being $20 cheaper. Headset fits amazing with nice amount of headroom available. Quality noise reduction settings and sound customization. Would recommend for mid range but well made headset. Now I can play tarkov without hearing the wife yell about not folding the laundry.

I had a pair of these headphones and asked me 6 years and it finally starting to fall apart saying it was on here and I like I could get a replacement it probably came in and it's a used product that severely use and not clean and missing parts headphones it's great product but these are discussing non-clean used headphones I had a pair of these and they were great love the design the sound the mic all of it was great quality it's one of the best pairs of headphones I have ever owned it just when I bought a new pair after 6 years of use of my old pair it came in and it was a used pair of headphones that's the only thing that's the downfall of this product

purchased these for my wife to have conference calls on and so far she seems to love them. Comfort and sound quality are great. She couldn't be happier.

I bought a pair for my son and he loved these headphones. He games nearly 24/7 and can never hear us calling him. The noise cancellation is pretty substantial! When Covid-19 made my wife and I switch to teleworking I decided to get two more pairs to use. Boy and I happy with these! They have been great for online calls and I’ve even used them for a little gaming as well. I am very pleased with these and would buy again if the need arises.

I’ll start off with what I dislike about this headset. The sound quality with music sounds muddy/distorted at most volume levels. After listening to music on it you can just hear there is a lack of clarity in the sound. That being said I have had better sound quality from $20 headphones than this.Using this strictly for talking it works great and the mic quality I’m told is great as well from the people I am talking to.Paying this much for a headset you would expect a cleaner sounds quality from the speakers.Update: after not even two years of ownership the microphone no longer works on the product. The build quality of the cable sheathing for the mic boom and the cable are also coming apart as well. This product is used in my office for work communication and nothing else. At this rate buying a cheap headset is the way to go instead of wasting money on a headset like this.

i was amazed by the sound quality and all the features for just 60 bucks the only complaint i may have is the leds only work when the headset is plugged in via usb so you dont get the leds on console just pc
