Will this fit in 3-5/8 id x 3-7/8 od pipe? The goofy product details give the dimension of the box!

I can't measure mine because I have already installed it underground, but I put it into "4 inch" corrugated black flexible drain pipe and it fit perfectly. However there is noting to hold it in place and I had to put in two screws to hold it on tightly.

Is this the right product for the uphill beginning of a run into a catch basin? It will be buried but I don't want the end open right?

This is the correct end cap to allow water to enter the xeain pipe. It should be flush with the surface. Small objects might enter but not large ones.

The top grate part of this item is 4.5" in diameter.

Why am I limited to buying only 3? I need 6 to finish my home project.

Also the limit of 3 is per user not per order. So once you order 3 of it there is no way you can order ever again unless you want to purchase from another seller who is selling to 3 times the price. The product is good but the quantity restriction by the seller makes no sense. I wanted 7 .... bought 3 from my account and 3 from my wife’s after that there is no way I can order any more. Amazon customer care is useless and they will keep repeating the seller has put this restriction. I asked them that what kind of seller wants to sell a product to a customer and then never want to deal with that customer ever again and they said “sorry we understand your frustration and will take this feedback”. The seller really needs to understand this. Also there is no way to contact the seller.
