This is a great unit, No issues in two years now!
I had a professional plumber install this unit and he said that he had no issues with the install process. It has worked just as expected without issue and it's been in use for 2 years now.

Upgrade your lobby space!
Overall: highly recommend this product in commercial business settings. Our church purchased and installed this unit a few months ago. Installation required some minor rough plumbing / electrical work (ie. Move water line, sewer hookup, and 120v power to align to the unit) The main unit installs kind of like an above range microwave unit. Water bottle filler was easy to install. Water foundation has a pressure valve to adjust how far the water squirts. Observing people use the drinking fountain, it has really added a ton of value to our lobby space and been a great feature for people who care about eco friendly things (ie. Eliminate water Bottle waste)

Was just what I was expecting
Only problem was shipping. Came on two different trucks about 4 hours apart. Made me worry because it said order was complete and it was not!

Beware of this Third-party Seller
To begin with, we only received the lower fountain portion. When I reached out to the seller, they apologized and sent the bottle filler separately. Then we had the unit professionally installed and found out that the unit did not work properly and froze up, all the while not cooling the water and the frozen elements leaked water out of the unit. When calling Elkay to troubleshoot, we discovered that this particular model is five years old, the refrigeration system must be faulty on this item and it is not covered by any kind of warranty. Elkay recommended we return the product. When we tried to return the item to the third party seller, we only encountered more problems. When we returned the item, they only refunded us at 20% of the original payment and claimed we did not return the item. According to the tracking information, the item was received. I have since gotten no response from Try Enterprise (the third-party seller). It is beyond frustrating.
