I have been drinking this tea before bedtime. I like the taste. It helps be relax and seems to work wonders in my body. Green tea, milk thistle and dandelion root, all things we good for menopause symptoms.

Ive actually been liking this dandelion tea lately and I'm usually not a hot tea drinker. I like my tea aa cold as I do sweet but with a little bit of honey this tea is pretty good and ANYTHING consumed with dandelion in it is GOOD FOR YOU especially your heart

great liver/intestinal cleanse.
i got it because i needed to do a cleanse, but didn't want anything super harsh that would keep me stuck in the house for days. it tasted alright, with a little honey, not great, of course, better than just straight dandelion root. but that's not why i got it. drank one cup 3 days in a row. i could tell by the smell and frequency of things that it was doing it's job, but, was able to go work and do things that needed done. lol I'm trying not to be too graphic, here, but still give accurate information. yes, I'll buy it again. it works.

Sweet tasting and nice, intact packaging. Make sure there's a bathroom nearby or are wearing thick depends if out at a concert lol! I was up all night; very effective diuretic! Happy with purchase, helps with my inflammation and water retention. Just have to remember to take it earlier in the day.

I wanted to add this to my daily habit since learning bout all the dandelion health benefits. I was surprised to see it also contains other very beneficial ingredients like Green tea, milk thistle seed, nettle leaves, & licorice root. Best part is it's tastes very nice & doesn't even require a sweetener. You could tell the quality was good & it was fresh because the tea was clear and not cloudy & it tasted fresh & mild
