I guess I should have scrutinized the pictures more closely, but this is more like seaweed powder than it they are "flakes." Even after absorbing water they are all around 1mm in diameter. I bought this for making miso soup thinking it would be like the larger dried flakes I have purchased with other brands before, which to be fair when freeze dried roll up into tiny little balls too. I am still using it in my miso soup but this turns into a hyper concentrated clump at the bottom no matter how much I stir to keep it suspended. Not what I expected, and I don't think it is entirely my fault for believing as I did.

On my second order of this. I really like the salty wakame flavor and it doesn't taste fishy at all. Also, really like that's it organic and that they test for heavy metals. Haven't seen any rocks/pebbles in it like I heard some brands have, too. The only con is that I wish they offered bulk sizes of it for a better price.

I used this product to make a vegan broth substitute for bone broth. A little goes a long way. Definitely a good value for organic.

This Irish WAKAME seaweed has cleared my brain fog and my thinking process has been on target. I don’t know if I’m going through a detox or not. I am feeling some positive changes and more endurance.🚩🚩

The flavor is good, and I think it's a good product. That said, I think they shred them a bit more before packaging. They are kind of big pieces, and I have to try and crumble it a bit for my soup.

This arrived on time. Overall appears to be a good product. Using it to help with endometriosis so it may take a few months of using to notice a difference. Tastes is pretty much as expected- slightly salty. I don't taste it much as I just drink it back quick.

If you like Japanese wakame, This one is unlike the flavor you expect. Better or worse, I can’t tell.

Bought for use in making furikake. Works well; fresh and tasty. Making your own furikake blends is easy and so much more economical than purchasing small jars or packets.
