My wife made some fine tasting cornbread dressing out of this Bob’s Red Mill Organic Cornmeal for Thanksgiving. Looking forward to some New Year’s Day cornbread made with it to go with our black eyed peas and cabbage this year.Everything was good, it was fresh, baked up fine and it was the best price that we could find for an organic cornmeal.

My family loves cornbread made with this cornmeal. More authentic grind of corn and has body without being too crunchy.

Used the cornmeal for deep frying and adds a nice taste. The mix is white flour and cornmeal and shellfish is first coated with milk & egg, then dipped in mid.

I mix Redmill and flour 50/50 to make great fish batter for bluegill, trout, and salmon.

As usual, Bob's Mill offers a good quality product at a reasonable price. The taste is good, but I prefer medium ground corn to be more granular than flaky. This is a bit flaky and didn't work quite as well as a dredge for beef liver.

I bought this when I was on a cornbread bender. so much cornbread, and this cornmeal is very tasty.

I follow a vegan recipe that makes up a large cast iron size cornbread wheel. It crisps up the exterior so nicely and no GMOS.

I love this cornmeal. It is very tasty. I love that it’s organic and there’s nothing questionable in the ingredients!
