Eastern King Size 76"x80" Keystone series Raised Flocked Top Air Mattress Airbed AATKR0401

Love this bed. We have used it when visiting our children out of town. It is so comfortable to us that we started using it as our bed at home on top of a king size frame and added a gel foam on the top for extra comfort.

This air mattress looks and feels nice when inflated but it does not hold air. I use air mattresses in my home staging business so they aren't even slept on. I have to go to the house every day in inflate this mattress. I am in the process of returning the mattress and purchasing a new one. It is very inconvenient.

I am not a fan of this bed. For some reason they designed it so that there's a "lip" that runs around the edge of the bed. This lip is higher then the rest of the bed and makes the bed less comfortable than a regular bed. See my pictures for details. I have other air mattresses that do not have this lip and are more comfortable as a result.I do not recommend this bed.

I received the bed and tested inflating and deflating and all was okay. I then used it for a week afterwards and it was fine and very comfortable, needing to top it off about 3-4 times during that week. However, after testing I rolled up the bed and put it into the provided cloth storage bag. When attempting to tighten the bag with the cord the whole top of the bag ripped off. The bag is really too flimsy for a bed of this size and weight. I contacted the seller and asked them to send out a replacement storage bag. I received back a canned response email and nothing further in two weeks. Since this only has a 30 day warranty, I guess their service policy is to ignore you long enough to deny coverage. That's why I am only giving this 3 stars, while the product was fine, their service is questionable.

The bed was great for two months then it starting to deflate. By then we could not get a replacement or refund. Very disappointed about this service when you spend so much on a product.

Very comforrable for an air mattress. It did seem to get a little soft not sure if it leaks or a difference in temps durning the night

We love it. I get a great night sleep. came on time. it was amazing. ordering another one as a spare.

This is good product for the price. It fills up quickly and it is easy to store. I would buy this again.
