I need the light fixture to be as close up to the ceiling as possible, can the light be installed without any of the 3 extenders?

I don’t recall if you can make it flush but you could shorten it to about 11 inches from the ceiling.

What is the maximum hanging height?

I hung this from a 20ft ceiling using a chain and a $2 eye bolt from ace hardware.

Is this fixture ul or etl listed?

Lamp holder and wire are UL Listed.
